The Litmus Building is part of the ongoing City Centre regeneration and when complete will feature 298 one and two bedroom apartments, with secure underground car parking, a concierge service and an enclosed leisure facility with swimming pool and gymnasium.
J&P Building Systems, has provided design and manufacture of the Thermal Break system (ISOPRO) throughout the buildings many balconies. Each balcony was calculated by H-Bau Finite element analysis system to ensure optimum performance of ISOPRO elements. Also designed and manufactured were Pfeifer’s column shoes, for the bespoke column units.
